Introduction to Tendering for Major Projects is the first in a series of free workshops, delivered through Advance Rockhampton's Maximising Local Jobs and Content in Major Projects program. To ensure maximum benefit, attendees are strongly encouraged to register for all three workshops.
Introduction to Tendering for Major Projects will overview potential tender opportunities and the likely timing of tenders. Gain insights to effectively navigate tenders, understand where you fit within the levels and tiers, and adopt a winning approach to tender submissions.
The workshop will cover pivotal success factors such as value, risk mitigation, and technical competence. During the session we will share sample responses for an ICN registration and dissect tender requirements.
